The Everything package is a full wedding planning package, all you need to do is share with us your ideas and inspiration and leave the rest to us.
We can do anything and everything you need to make your wedding day come together to be the best day ever! We will create a bespoke package for you as a couple depending on your needs and budget.
THe Everything PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Sourcing ceremony and reception locations – or, if already sourced.
Creation of wedding style mood board.
Sourcing reputable local wedding suppliers, products and services required for your wedding, reflecting your budget, style and preferences.
Management of bookings for all vendors and suppliers booked.
Ongoing communication with vendors in the lead-up to your wedding day to ensure services are provided and timelines are met.
Ongoing communication through out the process to keep you regularly informed of progress and updates.
Continual phone and email contact throughout the planning process.
Development of your full wedding day timeline and distribution to all vendors.
Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup details.
Full coordination of the entire wedding day. Remaining onsite from the setup through to the wedding reception.
We are your go-to-person on the day to liaise with both venue staff and vendors, to ensure a smooth sailing day that runs to the wedding day timeline.

The Little Help package is a planning and styling package that is perfect for couples who need a helping hand along the way but don’t need everything that a full wedding package includes. You may already have venue, celebrant and a photographer but you're not sure what to plan next, that’s where we come in.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Up to 2 personal planning consultations over the phone or via video call. Our first consultation is to go through all of the plans and ideas you have for your wedding day, and provide advice or recommendations as required. Our second consultation takes place 4 weeks prior to the wedding, where your wedding day schedule is created, confirm setup details and re-confirm all vendors.
We will send your our recommended vendors to work with list based on your location to save you have to research the best local vendors to work with.
A detailed wedding day timeline is created.
Planning touch point calls to discuss planning updates and to do’s and Unlimited client communication.
We will manage all vendor relationships to ensure that all suppliers understand what is expected of them on the day and that all planning details have been covered.
A customised wedding document outlining every detail of your wedding day. (vendor info, wedding timeline, run sheet for vendors, styling plan and any venue information.
Distribution of the full wedding day schedule to vendors 3 weeks out from the wedding day
MC run sheet ( this will help your MC on the day to be just perfect)
Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup logistics.
Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day. Remaining onsite from the setup through to the wedding reception.

The on the day package is where we will manage all of your vendors on your special day to ensure everything is delivered as planned. We set up all styling elements and more to make the vision of your wedding come to life. As you're on the day coordinator we are your eyes and ears to ensure your special day runs as smooth as can be.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Creation of wedding styling mood board.
Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries and setup logistics.
We will style your wedding to match your vision using the styling items, decor items, florals and furniture that you have hired from vendors . We come to site and work our magic to create a beautiful ceremony area, cocktail hour area and wedding reception.
Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day. Remaining onsite from the setup through to the wedding reception.
We are our go-to-person on the day to liaise with both venue staff and vendors, to ensure a smooth sailing day that runs to the wedding day timeline.
This package is for our on the day styling & coordination services and does not include any hire items or a pack down service.
